We are a self-referral clinic, meaning, a referral is not required by a doctor to set up an appointment. However, if you have a health care professional you would feel more comfortable setting up a referral such as a family physician, nurse practitioner, social worker, and psychiatrist, we invite you to collaboratively complete a referral.
We are happy to directly set up an appointment with you. Please contact us by telephone at 647-331-8863 or email: info@beechwoodpsychotherapy.ca
